Our 10-week Ashtanga Beginner course will give you a logical, well-paced and fun introduction to the traditional Ashtanga practice. Each week is designed to build on the previous lesson, encouraging you to breath freely, move with more awareness, and appreciate your magnificent body. You will develop increased stamina, strength and endurance. By the end of week ten you will be ready to enter the Half Primary or Mysore classes.
While this class focuses on the physical practice (movement), teachers will introduce the basics of yoga philosophy detailed in the Yoga Sutras.
