This mixed level class is for level 1 and level 2 students. All poses can be modified to work for students with different levels of ability.
This class is for those who:
- Have finished a New Beginner Hatha class or have prior Yoga experience.
- Want to continue learning yoga asana, breath, and relaxation.
- Want to increase strength and flexibility.
- Are looking to be challenged to explore Level 2 asana with the comfort of modifications.
