YoHike (YOHI + Hikes) experiences range from 60 to 90 minutes and invite you to explore our city and surrounding parks in a new and interesting way. We've designed YoHikes to infuse the essence of the outdoors into a fun (and sometimes messy) yoga class. Our hikes typically have two to three 15-minute stops for yoga with intervals of brisk hiking in between. If you're looking for a more relaxed pace, check out our YogaWalks.
Rivers rushing, airplanes passing, birds chirping, the feeling of cool grass under your hands...take your practice off the mat and invite the textures, colors, sights and energy of the outdoors into your practice.
What to Bring:
A small handheld bottle of water and a sense of adventure!
Please bring a cell phone to carry with you in case of separation. Phone numbers must be provided at check-in.

Comfortable yoga top
Close toed shoes
