Discover Yoga with your child in this class designed specifically for parents and children. You will enjoy this fun, safe and gentle way to be physically active and enhance your family’s well-being. You will learn about body awareness, breath control and relaxation techniques that may help increase concentration. Parents should expect to practice at their child’s level but are welcome to make modifications when appropriate.
