Sign your child up for this fun, safe and gentle way to be physically active and enhance his or her well-being. Students will learn about body awareness, breath control and relaxation techniques that may help increase concentration.
6 week Kids Yoga (Ages 6-11)
Parents must be on premises while child attends class.
