Intro to Kundalini

Kundalini Yoga is An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices. This yoga style, known as the Yoga of Awareness, incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras.  Each class will draw from a pool of yoga sequences including meditations to guide students toward a greater experience of inner and outer wellness, building physical vitality and increasing consciousness.
