Join Kevin Eigel for a six week introductory class to learn a simple and powerful Qigong routine (Xiang) that will allow you to sense and develop your internal energy. The movements are designed to improve balance, groundedness and flow of your life force energy. The movements can be practiced either standing or sitting. No Yoga or Qigong experience is required, and those with experience are welcome.
