Yoga for Runners

This 6-week series will show you how yoga can transform and support an athlete’s body for optimal performance. We will focus on alignment for biomechanical integrity while we stretch and lengthen key muscles, increase the range of motion in related joints, build core strength and improve breath control.

No previous yoga experience required.
