About Vinyasa

Yoga on High offers a creative, graceful and intelligent yoga flow that blends the wisdom of Hatha Yoga with breath-linked movement and a deep understanding of the physical and energetic body. Students will be taught Vinyasa sequences that build strength, flexibility and mindfulness. Check the individual styles to meet your needs. Classes vary in length, speed and temperature.

Our classes are led by highly trained teachers who will share their own mix of poses, music and inspiration, taking you on a journey, but you’ll never have to leave your mat!

Vinyasa Beginner Drop-in ►

If you want to try yoga, this class is a good place to begin. It assumes no prior yoga experience and covers basic breath work, yoga postures and sequencing.

6-Week Foundations of Vinyasa ►

Learn the fundamentals of vinyasa yoga in a fun and supportive environment.

Hot Flow Yoga ►

Our Hot Flow Yoga is designed for those with some yoga experience who are looking for full-body workout in a warm room, vinyasa style, to music.

Slow Burn ►

Recharge, restore and reconnect the body, mind and soul! This class combines the elements of slow flow vinyasa, restorative yoga, pranayama, and guided meditation in a warm room set to music.

6-Week Advanced Vinyasa ►

Join Lara for an exploration of the asana practice through the lens of discipline. The series will be exploring timing, listening, alignment, and knowing when to hold back as well as when to push perceived limits.
