Yoga on High offers a creative, graceful and intelligent yoga flow that blends the wisdom of Hatha Yoga with breath-linked movement and a deep understanding of the physical and energetic body. Students will be taught Vinyasa sequences that build strength, flexibility and mindfulness. Check the individual styles to meet your needs. Classes vary in length, speed and temperature.
Our classes are led by highly trained teachers who will share their own mix of poses, music and inspiration, taking you on a journey, but you’ll never have to leave your mat!
