Learn the fundamentals of vinyasa yoga in a fun and supportive environment. In this six week beginner’s course, students will experience the practice of linking breath and movement and also attain a foundation for flowing with mindfulness and safe alignment. Students will be introduced to YOHI's essential vinyasa poses and will be offered options for modifications throughout, allowing the practice to be accessible to all. This series will also touch upon some basic yoga philosophy and beginning pranayama. Once students have completed the 6 weeks, they will be ready for Level 1 and some Level 1/2 vinyasa classes.
