In 2005 Jeremy Grace began his yoga journey finding the depths of his practice rooted in the traditions of both Ashtanga and vinayasa. In 2012, he committed himself fully to the path and became immersed in Yoga, meditation and Ayurveda. As an athlete, runner, and overall fitness enthusiast, Jeremy came to yoga at first for the benefits of stretching and mental agility only to find that the practice enhanced his passion for health and well-being in the mind, body, and spirit. In 2015, Jeremy pursued his Ayurvedic, meditation, and Yoga teacher training at the Yoga on High Teacher Training Ayurvedic Institute.
Jeremy teaches each class with a clear intention and inspires students to open-up to all possibilities of the human potential. He offers his students the opportunity to show up as they are, honor their own truth, be present in the moment, trust their own inner wisdom, and pay attention to breath and alignment. Jeremy teaches a creative and energetic vinyasa flow class that is both vigorous and restorative. His classes combine movement with breath, an invitation to feel, a chance to test safe physical limits for growth and strength and time to restore. Humor, a smile and possibly moments of joy are a foundational part of his gift as a teacher. Jeremy steps onto his mat each day as both a student and a teacher to honor this ancient practice as a vehicle to strengthen, realign, and grow in all areas of life.
