About Us ►

Yoga on High, conveniently located in the Short North, Columbus Ohio is a premier yoga center in the Midwest offering a broad range of classes including yoga, meditation and breath classes for new students or experienced yogis.

Getting Started ►

There are many different schools of yoga. All use the same basic poses and offer similar benefits including increased flexibility and body awareness, mental calmness and focus, and the ability to relax deeply and enjoy life more fully. We teach three different styles or tracks at Yoga on High—Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa.

Beginner Classes ►

There are many ways you can learn yoga as a beginner at Yoga on High. We recommend (but do not require) you start with one of our 10-week Series Class for beginners. These series classes are courses especially designed for those who have never practiced yoga, are new to a vigorous practice like Ashtanga or who have stopped practicing for a while and need a refresher.

Class Levels ►

Once you have graduated from a beginner or foundations series class, or feel comfortable in a beginner class, you may progress your practice through the following levels.
