Hatha, Vinyasa & Ashtanga Level 2
In Hatha Level 2, you can expect to hold poses longer than in Level 1, while exploring them in greater depth and detail. You will learn poses that require more strength and are introduced to arm balances, inversions, and full back bends. You will also work with the bandhas and more advanced breath practices. In Ashtanga yoga, you will learn the Primary Series, which flows quickly from one pose to the next, with less instruction and a greater focus on breath and adjustments. At this level, in both Ashtanga and Hatha tracks, we assume you can read your own body and practice within your own limits while approaching the more complicated poses in a safe way.
