Hatha, Vinyasa & Ashtanga Mixed Level 1 & 2
Our Mixed Level classes are for Level 1 and Level 2 students and above. They are a great transition from Level 1 to Level 2. Teachers continuously share modifications to help you practice safely and effectively, while offering challenging sequences that continue to emphasize the fundamentals of yoga. All of our hour long Hot Flow classes are Mixed Level 1 & 2. In Ashtanga yoga, Half Primary and Mysore are open classes to students who have finished the Beginner Course or have equivalent experience.
