After you have completed the Yoga on High 200-hour Teacher Training Program or and equivalent program, you may choose to specialize in teaching vinyasa, a popular form of Hatha yoga. Vinyasa simply means a series of asanas (poses) connected by breath. It is sometimes set to music and/or taught in warm room (hot yoga) and is in high demand in the market place. In this 100-hour certification you will explore creative and safe ways to sequence classes for varying levels of fitness and capability. This course is excellent for those wishing to further develop their creative voice. It is also recommended for people wanting to teach in a hot yoga studio, athletic environment or who are passionate about creative flow yoga. This course can be applied to Yoga on High's 500-hour Advanced Teacher Training program.

Requirements
This program will meet weekly on Tuesday evenings from 6:00p to 9:00p. It includes a 3 month class pass and one guest workshop with a renowned vinyasa teacher such as Cyndi Lee or Rodney Yee. We require that you maintain a daily personal practice and attend no less than one asana class a week. You will be required to assist 1 quarter in a weekly vinyasa class. Twenty hours practicing teaching are also required. Upon graduation, you receive a Yoga on High certificate in teaching Vinyasa yoga.
Cost
The cost of the certification includes a Vinyasa and sequencing manual, a 3-month pass to Yoga on High, and a weekend workshop with a guest teacher.
