100-hour Vinyasa Yoga Certification
After you have completed the Yoga on High 200-hour Teacher Training Program or and equivalent program, you may choose to specialize in teaching vinyasa, a popular form of Hatha yoga. Vinyasa simply means a series of asanas (poses) connected by breath. It is sometimes set to music and/or taught in warm room (hot yoga) and is in high demand in the market place. In this 100-hour certification you will explore creative and safe ways to sequence classes for varying levels of fitness and capability. This course is excellent for those wishing to further develop their creative voice. It is also recommended for people wanting to teach in a hot yoga studio, athletic environment or who are passionate about creative flow yoga. It maintains the core concepts of teaching vinyasa yoga with alignment, compassion and clarity. It is designed to develop confidence in creative teaching concepts and philosophical and anatomical themes in teaching asana. This course can be applied to Yoga on High's 500-hour Advanced Teacher Training program.
