Crystal Fauber

Crystal is a dedicated student and teacher of holistic healing arts. Once an avid weightlifter and gym enthusiast, she was saved from this routine after experiencing her first Ashtanga yoga class. From this initial exposure, she was immediately taken by the comprehensive nature of yoga and has been hooked ever since. Crystal graduated from Yoga on High’s 200-hour Teacher Training Program in 2002 and 500-hour program in 2006.

Crystal is a licensed massage therapist and instructor in the massage therapy program at Columbus State. She continually pursues relevant training programs in complimentary fields such as polarity therapy and craniosacral therapy. She strives to understand the body on multiple levels. An avid student of anatomy, she has studied extensively with Tom Myers through his Anatomy Trains and Kinesis programs. Over the last four years, she has been bringing this combination of experiential anatomy and bodywork to her Hatha Level 2 classes and her workshops on anatomy training for yogis.
