Jasmine Astra-elle Grace is Yoga on High's CEO and has just recently become a partner in the studio. She holds a 300-hour yoga teacher training certificate and is Yoga Alliance certified. Jasmine has been interested in the healing arts and alternative therapies from a very young age. She has trained in Transcendental Meditation (TM), Reiki, creative visualization, and has worked as a certified and licensed massage therapist focused on Shiatsu and deep tissue manipulation. Her dreams of one day owning a wellness center led her to create a home furnishings and lifestyle store based on the belief that “if your home feels good, so will you.” Owning her own business, she began a journey in management and leadership that blossomed into a role with a major retailer. During this time she developed a passion for lifestyle coaching, and through personal and professional experiences (both successes and failures), Jasmine has come to believe that “feeling good” is the key to life. Having overcome her own health challenges, she aims to help people find ways to improve their wellbeing, reduce stress, and promote personal and professional balance.
Jasmine is passionate about her yoga and wellness career. She is an Ashtanga practitioner and the Director of the Morning Mysore Club at Yoga on High. To keep her own balance, she enjoys spending time with family, running half-marathons, photography, nutrition and gardening. If Jasmine is not teaching Ashtanga, she creatively integrates meditation, visualization, massage, knowledge of anatomy and physiology and leadership experience into her yoga classes. Jasmine is currently completing her 500-hour RYT Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga on High. Her favorite saying—“Feel good and thrive!”
