Lorin Roche, Ph.D. began practicing meditation and yoga in 1968 as part of physiological research at the University of California. It was there he discovered the 112 yoga techniques of the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra. He was trained as a meditation teacher in 1970, and the last 42 years have been a sustained love affair with these teachings. His Ph.D. research focused on the language meditators develop to navigate their inner worlds. Camille Maurine is the author of Meditation Secrets for Women and Meditation 24/7, both written with her husband, Dr. Lorin Roche. A dancer versed in the healing and performing arts, Camille is the creator of kinAesthetics and the transformational Moving Theater process.
