Charles has been a fitness professional for over sixteen years, working as a Group Fitness and Thai Yoga Massage Instructor, Personal Trainer and Track and Field Coach. It was while serving in the Marine Corps Reserve that he discovered his love for fitness. Since then, Charles has led an active lifestyle incorporating dance and yoga to his fitness regimen. In the past six years especially, Yoga and Thai Yoga massage have had a profound effect on his fitness philosophy and his life in general.
