This workshop will cover both aspects of life – unmanifest and manifest. The unmanifest aspect is eternal, peaceful, full of knowledge and bliss. The manifest aspect is dynamic, changing, evolving, and progressing. We will discuss both aspects of life and how to integrate them for a balanced existence. Principles from the Vedas and Ayurveda, both theoretical and practical, will be included in the workshop. Some of the topics included will be: understanding the human physiology from the Ayurvedic perspective along with a correlation with current medical knowledge; a daily routine; balancing and increasing energy in the physiology. Using the knowledge gained from this workshop and following these programs will help reduce stress and bring peace and harmony to your life.
