Yoga on High invites you to join Ayurvedic Health Educator Breanna Mustard for a hands-on introductory workshop on the practice of Ayurveda. Ayurveda is an ancient and powerful holistic health system that helps create lifestyle practices personal to each individual based on the five elements – earth, water, fire, air and ether.
We will begin by introducing the basic concepts of Ayurveda and how they relate to our everyday health and wellness. We will then move through a multi-sensory experience, explaining how different Ayurvedic modalities pacify certain doshas. Everyone is welcome!
