Did you know that essential oils are now being used successfully as part of today’s medical care? In this workshop you will learn more about medicinal-grade essential oils and how to use them intelligently and safely for yourself and your family by inhaling, diffusing and ingesting them, and by applying them topically. You will learn effective methods for dealing with the symptoms of pain, anxiety, nausea, insomnia and digestive issues with therapeutic-grade essential oils. You’ll also learn a multitude of ways to use peppermint, lavender, frankincense, lemon and blends of oils for emotional balance, first aid and overall wellness. When we use nature to nurture ourselves, it helps us remember the essence of who we are and where we come from. The basic oils we use will come from the Everyday Oils collection from Young Living Oils.
About the Essential Oils: You are not required to purchase any oils to attend this workshop. We will have oils available for you to sample. But we will have Everyday Oil kits and a few individual oils available for you to purchase since we suspect you’ll want to work with them after the workshop. Contact the front desk for more information.
