Understanding Fundamental Principles of Yoga Therapeutics

How do we look at the Yoga practices as therapeutic for our mind body? We all know how wonderful the practice can make us feel, but why is it working? If we understand the principles of how it works then we can utilize the poses, the breathing and the meditations for being easier in our everyday life and in situations of great strife. Loving attention and uncommon relaxation are the qualities that we are evoking with our knowledge. We will use this week to explore the Yoga with these purposes in mind.
