Pregnancy is a time of growing, stretching and pushing the edges of comfort. This is true for a pregnant woman’s partner as well. In this workshop we will practice gentle, partner-assisted stretches that benefit both parties, along with easy breathing and meditative practices. Also included will be massage techniques to soothe and relieve physical and mental discomforts. For the pregnancy partner, this class can help you center yourself so that you can be present, helpful and supportive during pregnancy and throughout the labor and delivery process. For the pregnant woman this class is a great way to spend time with your partner and learn ways to effectively cope with your body’s changes and the demands of labor and delivery.
