You’ve probably heard us mention Reiki trainings during in-class announcements, or you might even have received a little Reiki in a yoga asana or restorative yoga class. But what is Reiki? How does one receive it, and who can give it? What are attunements? What is the Reiki Clinic? Are there good books on Reiki? In this program will answer these questions and more. There will be a short presentation, a question-and-answer session, and a guided relaxation, during which everyone will receive a few minutes of Reiki.
