In addition to easing the physical demands of running, yoga is useful in cultivating and refining body awareness. By tuning in to your body’s innate wisdom, you will learn to avoid injuries, improve your form, and even take it up a notch. Combine this with creative visualization and goal setting techniques to get a Fall running season that capitalizes on your peak abilities!
In this two hour workshop, students will learn body sensing techniques, practice guided relaxation and experience creative visualization for goal setting and achievement.
