Yoga Rehab for Runners

Yoga is a practice that brings therapeutic alignment and postural strength to reduce and rehab the stresses that running creates over time. In this workshop you will learn runner specific yoga poses, breathing techniques, relaxation skills and self-massage techniques that combine the therapeutic benefits of yoga with running at the deepest possible level.  See why so many athletes use yoga for cross training to achieve and maintain peak performance.
